 Present moment awareness is the practice of being conscious of your thoughts and awareness as
 it happens (in the now), without getting lost in specific thoughts. Present moment meditation,
 also known as mindfulness, can be done practiced throughout your day while doing everyday tasks.
 Within the Sikh meditation tradition, the present moment consciousness, or God consciousness,
 is seen as the embodiment of the Divine presence of God. This is known as 'Naam' in Sikhism.
 In this video, Satpal Singh talks about being present in the moment.

 There is no other place except now. Are we constantly running from the past and fearing
 the future? This video explores how the 'now' is always present wherever you are, and in order
 to be in Naam, we need to be living in present moment awareness.

Só para não deixar os seguidores do blog que sabem ter a 'elite' à perna na dúvida,
 ontem(27·04·2017) em leitura de acórdão do tribunal, foi-me atribuída uma pena de ××anos,
 suspensa, e ainda vou ser contactado pela Seg. Social para "acompanhamento"
 durante algum tempo.. (Para e garantirem que não sou um criminoso*)
 Ainda assim no meio disto tudo ficou registado em sessão que um dos juízes estava a mentir,
 foi passada a ideia do uso da cannabis de forma medicinal, ainda que não tenham aceite
 facilmente a ideia, tiveram-no em consideração, o facto de ser um individuo que procura a
 verdade e viver de acordo com a mesma, como Sikhi ou um ser humano teve um peso positivo e
 foi tido em "grande" consideração, e não tenho a menor dúvida sobre O Criador estar presente
 o tempo todo, tudo 'é' de acordo com a sua vontade, sem medo, sem ódio, sempre presente,
 eterno..

 O facto de ter um par de amigos/irmãos verdadeiros e que nunca viraram costas, e estiveram
 presentes em vários momentos no desenrolar de todo o processo, no processo e pessoalmente..
 Agradeço ao Único, Deus, Criador, Waheguru!!

 Aos muito bons amigos/irmãos Sikhi e não Sikhi (poucos, muito poucos mas muito bons também)
 e até a animais que tiveram interacções que ajudaram a reflectir ao invés de perder a mente
 em pensamentos aleatórios que levam a deixar de estar/ser consciente..

 Ah e claro que não me esqueço de todos os que seguem o blog e deram apoio de alguma forma,
 mais próximos ou afastados, presentes ou ausentes O Criador sabe as intenções nos vossos
 corações e agradeço-vos também por seguirem o nqmv..

 to and who's needs we'll ignore? In order for us to connect with one another, we need to know one
 another. In order to know one another we need to have conversations, to share stories, to really
 understand what lies beneath the surface and discover the human-ness in all of us.
 Inspired by the South African philosophy of Ubuntu, I am who I am because of who we all are, The
 Ubuntu Project is a celebration of this human-ness; a global exploration of people, stories and
 connection.
 In 2013, Film makers Anna and Tom Davies set off on a round-the-world journey, meeting and
 connecting with different people from different backgrounds and collating their stories.
 Each person interviewed shared who they are, what they'd experienced, their ideas on love and
 freedom and lessons they've learnt.
 The documentary is a compilation of these stories and insights. An opportunity to learn,
 appreciate, connect and care about people living in our global community.
 The Ubuntu Project aims to promote a sense of unity and respect and highlight that, despite our
 differences, we are all part of the same human race.

 The new global UBUNTU plan of action for 2017
 "ONE SMALL TOWN" Can change the world! - is about to be released any day. While in the USA,
 during Sept 2016 we had a powerful strategic meeting with several of the UBUNTU USA team
 core members and agreed on our new strategy and plan of action that we all believe will be
 unstoppable.

 The ONE SMALL TOWN plan is a solid model which will unite people and their political leaders
 while providing unimaginable opportunities for conscious millionaires to come to the rescue of
 the many stagnant or failing small towns in the USA and all over the world.

 We are creating communities of abundance, where people live united in support of each other -
 instead of living divided in fear of each other - and where everything and anything is possible,
 because there are no hurdles or restrictions to progress. This plan will be implemented in all
 countries with minor modifications, through the core management teams in each country.

 We are now truly starting to pave the highway of unity across all borders and cultural divides,
 out of the matrix of economic enslavement, and manifesting our own UTOPIAN reality that so many
 of us have wished for all our lives. A new society where the need for "money"
 is no longer relevant.

 There are many movements that share great knowledge and information with people of the world,
 but at this stage it seems that the UBUNTU Movement is the only movement with a plan for
 the future, and a NEW SYSTEM. The plan is simple and easily achievable. All we have to do is
 unite and work in cooperation and collaboration. If anyone tells you otherwise, they are trying
 to mislead you or keep you trapped in the matrix.

 Anonymous, is planing large gatherings to voice the people's unhappiness with global affairs and
 stating that we urgently need a new PLAN. I urge everyone to notify the Anonymous Group that
 UBUNTU has a plan - and to help spread the awareness of our plan to the world.

 We are creating a new alternative and a new way ahead for all of humanity - without any violence,
 resistance, or opposition to anyone. As we create this new reality and a new system for ourselves
 in our united communities, the old system will simply wither and fade away.

 In the days to come, I will be reaching out to all countries to establish the core UBUNTU
 management teams that will receive detailed training regarding the Plan of Action so that they can
 present it to their own towns accurately.

 Hidden Influence: The Rise of Collectivism is the first film in a 3 part saga.
 This chapter documents how the ruling class, through their billion dollar foundations,
 have infiltrated the public education system in the west and have used it as a tool to
 indoctrinate children into a totalitarian ideology.
 This film explores the chronological paper trail uncovered by Charlotte Iserbyt, who
 was fired from her post as the Senior Policy Advisor for the United States
 Department of Education in 1982 when she released classified documents discussing the use of
 technology, specifically computers to psychologically manipulate American students.
 We will then examine an investigation into the influence of these foundations,
 launched by the United State congress in the 1950's.
 Finally we will fast forward to today and look at how the philosophy these foundations have
 sponsored for the last 100 years has, and continues to effect the education system today,
 and how Canadian children are being indoctrinated into the same collectivist brainwashing
 as their American counterparts. At the same time we will examine the role of these foundations
 in promoting radical, authoritarian ideologies on college and university campuses.
